Our events and benefits will create a place where you’re not just walking in to grind out another workout. Benefits

Our boutique atmosphere will be a personal, hands on experience for every client. In addition to great resistance workouts, we take pride in our on-site recovery components with Vibration Therapy and Salt Therapy. Clients will also receive notifications about special events ahead of public invitations.

Rewards

Along the road, we will be announcing monthly or quarterly challenges. Winners of these challenges will get to go out with the Avenue X team to one of our favorite local spots to celebrate!  These rewards are important for the rest and recovery process. We like to consider these rest areas along the road to fitness.  Just like any journey, rest and fun is critical to arriving safely at the final destination!
