If you would like to have weekly check-ins as you navigate your way, we have a monthly accountability program to keep you from veering off course after your initial consultation. During these appointments you will have body fat analysis and weigh ins. Changes will be made to your food plan for the upcoming week based on the data. Just like working out, things have to keep changing to ensure you get the best results for your effort!
